The beach is the object most favored by tourists during their visit to Bali. Beaches in Bali are indeed famous for their beauty. This is inseparable from the geographical location of Bali which is flanked by two oceans. Of the many beaches on this island, there is one beach that is always crowded by travelers: Kuta Beach.

Kuta Beach is located in the western part of Bali Island, precisely in Kuta District, Badung Regency. One of the things that makes this beach always crowded, besides its beauty, is because of its strategic location. Kuta Beach is located not far from Ngurah Rai International Airport. From the airport to the beach, the trip only takes about 15 minutes.

The travel time will increase very long at certain times, such as in the holiday season between July-September. During this period, the road to Kuta Beach will be filled with a queue of cars.

Facing this, the management made various efforts so that the vehicle did not pile up on the road to the beach. One of them is the enactment of transit parking centered in the Central Parking Kuta. Large buses carrying groups of tourists are required to park their vehicles there. The trip to the beach continues to use special transportation at a rate of IDR 10,000 / person.

Entering the beach area, visitors will be greeted by a magnificent temple shaped like a temple. This gate is a marker of the southernmost part of the Kuta area. After that, visitors will be fascinated by the long coastline and soft stretch of sand.

Seeing the crowds of tourists visiting the beach, it would be difficult to think that this beach was once part of a trade transportation route. In the past, Kuta Beach was a trading port that brought Balinese traders together with traders from various regions. From these traders, news of the beauty of Kuta Beach spread.

Sitting on the soft sand of Kuta Beach, from a distance, surfers can race to conquer the waves. Kuta Beach is known to have good waves but is quite safe. Therefore, it is not surprising that this beach is one of the recommended places for beginner surfers.

Around the beach, there are also places that provide rental equipment for surfing equipment - complete with local money instructors ready to guide tourists who want to learn to surf. The rental prices offered are varied, depending on the intelligence of visitors to bid prices.

Besides being famous for its challenging waves, Kuta is also famous for its truly charming sunset views. Slowly, the evening orange can go down from the sky until it finally disappears as if swallowed by the sea. Many consider it incomplete to visit Kuta Beach if you haven't seen the sunset on this beach. Because of that, after tired surfing, visitors can unwind by relaxing in lazy chairs or mats rented locally while enjoying this beautiful panorama.

Kuta has indeed become one of the symbols of Bali tourism, even Indonesia. No wonder the entertainment support facilities for tourists are not difficult to find along this coast. Various restaurants, cafes, and inns with various classes are scattered along the streets of Kuta as visitors increase which continues to increase from year to year. Although on the one hand this has become an exciting thing for the world of Bali tourism, on the other hand it poses a threat in the aspect of cleanliness as the amount of waste generated by tourists continues to increase.

The high intensity of tourist arrivals to Kuta Beach is indeed like two sides of a coin. On the one hand it is very helpful in increasing regional income, but on the other hand makes this beach relatively slum compared to other beaches in Bali. Therefore, the awareness of the tourists who come is very necessary so that this beach still displays its beauty. Indeed, the way to be a connoisseur and beach lover is very simple, that is by not throwing garbage in any place.
